The Sultan was furious at not finding a new collector.
- Is there no honest man in this country that can raise taxes without taking money? - Lamented the Sultan. He then called his wisest counselor and explained the problem.
-Announce that you seek a new collector, Highness, "said the Director-let me me the rest.
The announcement was made and that evening the lobby of the palace was crowded. There were men with a suit and used vulgar. Men in smart suits laughed at him.
- The Sultan of course, will not select a poor as everyone said their solicitor.
- Finally came the wise adviser.
- The Sultan will see you all soon said, "but will have to pass one by one through the narrow corridor leading to his chambers.
- The corridor was dark and everyone had to go by feeling with their hands to find the way: at last they all gathered before the Syultán.
What now? - Whisper the Sultan.
Ask them to dance all, "said the wise man.
- Al Sultan seemed strange that measure, but all men agreed and started dancing.
- Never in my life I've seen some dancers so clumsy said Sultan.
- seems to have feet of lead.
- Only the poor man was able to jump while dancing.
- This man is your new servicer said the wise man. I filled the corridor of coins and jewels and he was the only one who did not fill their pockets with the stolen jewels.
- The Sultan had found an honest man. ACTIVITY
