PEACE READING: A drug for Peace
was once a little peace. A peace weak, so weak that a little air made her sneeze, and a warm wind made her sweat until melted. I was so sick that for any excuse, with or without reason, wars arose.
The peace doves sent her all over the world, but the pigeons were so weak as peace. Some stayed in the middle, exhausted by the effort, others were attacked by the hawks of war. The less reached their destination, but they looked so bad that everyone made fun of them. Poor peace and the poor pigeons!
The doctors did a scan at peace. Many
-bombs! Prescribed by a doctor.
- tanks, missiles!, "Advised another ... torpedoes, bombs, recorded, and chemical weapons! And armed to the teeth.
"All this, instead of strengthening peace, brought more fear, more hatred, more enemies and therefore more wars. And is that weapons are not going well for peace and the doves, who have not taken anything but an outbreak of olive in its beak.
Peace was increasingly ill and many people thought he was dying.
The sky was covered with hawks and doves were afraid to leave.
After other doctors came they said: Outside
pumps, tanks, missiles, chemical weapons ...!
"What peace needs are shots of generosity - one of the doctors said. - Vitamins of understanding, justice pills, tablets of culture, friendship syrup, drops of joy - said another.
Then, with new recipes, peace was recovering and her pigeons. And never tired of flying, and brave, facing the Falcons and arrived at their destination, where they were respected and no one made fun of them. At last the war ended and the sky were just flying pigeons.
